NYC telecine

[Alex]

We had previously covered this topic quite extensively at the end of last year, but that topic post was lost when Hostboard I became Hostboard II a coupld of months ago.

I will try to remember/find whatever info I can...anyone else that has any info, please share!

Yeah, I imagine this has been covered. I apologize for bringing up old news. But I just discovered this HOSTBOARD a few days ago.

And like I said, I am aware of THE TAPE HOUSE having a Rank. Just thought maybe there's another in New York. Or even New Jersey.

-Thanks

Any recommendations on where to tranfer to video by way of telecine in NYC?

When I first got my camera, I tested it and had the film transferred at PAC LAB, but that's not at all telecine.

For my upcoming short, it's telecine or nothing. I know of THE TAPE HOUSE. Any comments on this?

No need to apologize. It's slightly frustrating that the info is gone.

Your question is welcome.

Just in case there's confusion, when I say "telecine" I mean Rank Cintel. I know telecine could be any means of film-to-tape transfer. It's just a habit.
